Caps fans were treated to an exciting come-from-behind victory by our boys in their final matchup against the Pens this season. The first period saw both teams trade the lead with the Penguins going into intermission up 3-2. But they were held to three goals as Ovechkin tied it up with a powerplay tally in the second period and Wilson broke the tie with a wrister midway into the third. Late game goals by Kuznetsov and Fehervary send the Roadies home happy with the 6-3 win.

Trip Itinerary
The Caps Road Crew will be traveling to Pittsburgh, PA for a Saturday 3pm game at PPG Paints Arena against Sidney Crosby and his Pittsburgh Penguins.
The CRC has made arrangements for good lower bowl seats, all together in Section 115, for $220 each, a nice discount off face value. No extra fees over the cost of the ticket will be charged and individual transportation will be up to those attending. We may poll attendees closer to the game date in case bus transportation is preferred but given the fluid nature of travel this year, it is not being arranged at the outset. Sadly bus transportation will not be feasible for this trip however carpooling is encouraged. Let us know if you’re interested.
