The night before the Caps played the Knights, they played the Coyotes. Since so many of our Roadies were already in town (and had joined us getting Schmidt-faced at Knights practice earlier that day), we decided to host a viewing party at Beer Park, an outdoor restaurant and bar at the Paris hotel. Our Roadies enjoyed free snacks and an open bar for the duration of the game while being treated to a brilliant view of the fountains at the Bellagio across the street.
